l Concentric double-flange butterfly valve is designed according to the requirements of large pipe network, and belongs to pipe network butterfly valve.

l The valve seat adopts complete sulfuration on the structure of valve seat, which has strong capability of tensile resistance and tear resistance and can avoid distortion.

l DN350-DN600 slim-disc butterfly valve adopts two-piece valve stem. The upper valve stem is connected with lower valve stem by a threaded rod which can effectively control the displacement caused by the dead weight of butterfly board. The bottom of valve stem is installed with thrust bearing.

l DN700-DN1200 slim-disc butterfly valve adopts one-piece valve stem which has high bending strength. An integrated rigid supporting sleeve is installed between the lower shaft hole and butterfly board, which effectively increase the rigidity of butterfly board. Meanwhile, the lubricating bushing inside the butterfly board largely decreases the open and close torque values. The split collar at the bottom of the valve shaft integrates the butterfly board with valve stem, so as to avoid the displacement caused by the dead weight of butterfly board and up-and-down movement of valve stem.
